Our Ordering Process
We have tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible and you will be guided through the process when you have selected the occasion that you are interested in.
The order steps are as follows:
1. select your occasion
2. choose a paper
3. specify a quantity
4. select a filling – if you choose solid hearts you will also choose a foil colour
5. request a place card (optional)
6. proceed to check-out and check your order
7. confirm your order and provide delivery and information
Please note that corporate crackers are made to your specific requirements, so please contact us about your corporate needs.
Payment can be made by cheque or direct credit only. We will contact you to confirm your order and to confirm payment instructions.
Please note there is a standard order period of 3 weeks for orders over 50. Smaller orders are subject to paper & chocolate selections being available. If your timings are much tighter than those specified above please email us with your specific date requirements. We will phone you to discuss our ability to meet your timeframe.
